We give you peace of mind that we will turn up on time, do the job properly and clean up after ourselves. We understand that trust and a good reputation can take years to build, and can quickly become damaged. We work so hard every day to ensure that each and every customer is delighted with the NOCO Repair experience and will want to tell their friends about us.
- Our rates are $85.00 per hour per service person, including one-way drive time. Billing starts when we load your job at our shop and continues until we leave your home. Additional charges may apply for shop time if required. For locations beyond 15 miles from our shop, extra drive time may also be charged, often times this is round trip drive time. All jobs are subject to a 2-hour minimum charge billed at our standard hourly rate.
- Please note that all projects may be subject to change if unforeseen issues arise. At NOCO Repair, we use our best judgment in determining the best approach for all repairs. If you have a specific plan or preference for how the work should be completed, it must be communicated before any work begins, preferably with detailed plans or a drawing. Should unforeseen problems arise, we will notify you immediately regarding any necessary revisions to the work scope, which may impact the cost..
- Payments are due upon completion. Options include mailing a check or paying online via debit/credit card or ACH transfer. A 3.5% fee applies to debit/credit payments, and a 1.5% fee applies to ACH. Most invoices have NET 14 terms. Late invoices will incur a 10% fee with monthly compounding interest.
- Once this form is completed, your request will be added to our job board. Unless otherwise specified, you will be contacted for scheduling once our availability allows us to confirm a date. For larger projects, you may be required to place a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your project. This policy helps protect our time and ensures we can maintain an efficient schedule.

We prioritize safety and will not work in unsafe or hazardous conditions. If the job location is deemed unworkable due to factors such as excessive noise, safety hazards (e.g., drugs or smoke), or disruptive conditions (e.g., dogs barking continuously in the work area), we reserve the right to leave the job incomplete. In such cases, we may still charge for our time. If you believe your job may involve any of these conditions, please inform us when scheduling to avoid disruptions.
By completing the form below, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms and conditions. You agree to pay the billed amount on the invoice as long as it falls within these guidelines.
