Service Terms and Conditions
We give you peace of mind that we will turn up on time, do the job properly and clean up after ourselves. We understand that trust and a good reputation can take years to build, and can quickly become damaged. We work so hard every day to ensure that each and every customer is delighted with the NOCO Repair experience and will want to tell their friends about us.
- Our rates are $85.00 an hour per service person, with a 1 way drive time. We charge for time from our shop when we load your job until we leave your home and additional time if shop time is required. Extra drive time may apply to areas beyond 15 miles from our shop.
- Please note that all projects may be subject to change if unforeseen issues arise. NOCO Repair uses its best judgment to anticipate and prevent these scenarios, but if a problem occurs, we will notify you immediately if a revised work scope is required, which may affect the cost.
- Payments are due upon completion. Options include mailing a check or paying online via debit/credit card or ACH transfer. A 3.5% fee applies to debit/credit payments, and a 1.5% fee applies to ACH. Most invoices have NET 14 terms. Late invoices will incur a 10% fee with monthly compounding interest.
